Pantone & Posies

I signed up for three workshops at 1:30am Saturday. The class began in 10 hours.

This is how far in advance I am able to make solid plans for myself.

With determination to enjoy my first adventure alone in weeks (simply because 1:30am is not the time to be inviting people to join you at a class you have to leave for in 9 hours), I embarked to Kit and Ace in my favorite city for a Pantone Color(s) of the year inspired class that involved cookies, watercolor and brush lettering.

Class was hosted by Three Twelve Co (@threetwelveco) and Paper & Posies (@paperandposies) check them out and give them a follow!

These are the hands and cookies of my class buddy Abigail. She is a talented artist (not just limited to cookies) and happens to live a few blocks from the house I grew up in! Turns out, she had her own booth at Art Goggle this fall and I visit…

My time is precious.

The best part of this adventure? I just went for it. Spontaneity won out over social anxiety!
YAY ME!
I would like to encourage you to not be afraid to do things by yourself. Don't let fear keep you from trying new things!
Time IS precious - don't waste it worrying or not doing what you love.
