SPEAK (Gallery 2.0) was a success - thanks to many of you! This is my last huge project for 2016 here in Texas and I thank you for being a part of it!

Thank you to everyone who came to the gallery and added to the response wall throughout the weekend!

The Riverside Arts District will have several other events happening on March 19th in
accordance with Fort Worth's Spring Gallery Night.  Come and stay awhile strolling all Race Street will have to offer!

Here is what you can expect from SPEAK:

  • Local Art. It is my joy to get to share some of the best artwork from some of the best artists I know within the community, and I want it to always be easy and accessible to all.
  • Interactive art. Immersing yourself into your art is one of the most satisfying experiences I know, but not everyone feels divinely inspired or like they are a creative all the time. I want to give everyone that outlet. I want to continue to let gallery attendees comment immediately on the art, to get the chance to react to what they are seeing, to add on to pieces in the gallery, to leave a photo, letter, promise or story. I want you to make your own mark.
  • You. I want you to come along side me again for this gallery event! I view this as much yours as it is mine! I hope I can get a base of people like you who enjoy the arts and want to join me and challenge each other creatively. My hope is that you and I will challenge each other think outside our comfort zone, to tell those hard stories of suffering in our lives, to share what makes our hearts fill with joy and what makes us blush. I hope we entice each other to share the passion we have for what we love more than anything else.  Please continue to tell stories with me!
