Deposit: $500.00 non-refundable deposit due to book/reserve your date. The deposit will go toward the total amount due. If for any reason you need to reschedule your date, please contact us to discuss our availability for the new date. Note: You are not booked for your date until the deposit is received.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due NO LATER THAN 1 month prior to your wedding date.

Setup Details: By signing, you are agreeing to let Originally Scout design and lay out the space as needed with you the client in mind. If you the client have a set up preference, you may provide details for OS to use as a guideline. If setup instructions are not provided to us, we will do what we feel looks best with what is provided to us at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy: Orders must be canceled 1 month prior to the event date. Any payments beyond the $500.00 non-refundable deposit will be returned on a case by case basis determined by what items have been purchased for the event and what third party vendors contracts determine.

Photo Policy: On occasion, Originally Scout will take photographs of work commissioned for your event or get copies from the event photographer. We reserve the right to use any photographs for our own reference or for display and/or promotion without compensation to you.

Signature: I have read and understand all that has been proposed. I have agreed to submit this contract by electronic means. By signing this contract electronically, I certify under penalty of perjury that my answers are correct and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that an electronic signature has the same legal effect and can be enforced in the same way as a written signature.
